Customer success teams rely on tasks to manage onboarding, support issues, and account follow-ups.

The existing task management interface inside DexKor’s

 made it difficult for teams to quickly locate tasks, track progress, and respond to customer issues.

I redesigned the task management system to create a 

centralized workspace where users can manage tasks, conversations, and workflow states efficiently.

The previous design created several workflow issues for account managers and support teams.

• Tasks were difficult to filter and segment

• Task details and conversations required navigating to another page

• Users lacked visibility into workflow progress

The redesign focused on three core goals:

Allow users to manage tasks and conversations in one workspace.

Enable flexible filtering and customizable views.

Introduce both structured data views and workflow-based views.

The new interface brings together key task management functions into a single workspace.

This helps teams quickly understand operational priorities.

Users can now filter tasks using multiple parameters, such as:
